Self-sufficiency and automation

We created a virtual workout platform for CGM Fitness and an innovative back-office system for payment transactions, scheduling, and library management.

The ask

The owner-operator, fitness trainer, and founder Cara D’Orazio wanted an easy-to-use, fully automated platform. This way, she could manage the content based on user pricing tiers. She wanted users to be able to subscribe, access a vast library of on-demand instructor-led videos, and register for live classes.

CGM Fitness' target demographic is new moms and women at different life stages looking for an at-home workout.

The work

For the front-facing website, we infused her personal brand aesthetic to appeal to her core user demographic of new moms and women at different life stages. We established the omnichannel site for users to interact with the platform at their choosing from any device. We took the time to understand the virtual workout space to maximize the user experience. This led us to create a cohesive experience from the initial sign-up to purchasing and accessing exercise content.

The result

The automated transactions and scheduling freed her from the arduous tasks of manually accepting payments from different payment systems, i.e., Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. She was able to instead focus on creating exercise content and marketing the site.
